Sir

      I write to you at the request of Mrs Jane Cooper, who is a petitioner under the late act of Congress, granting five years additional half-pay

      Her late certificate of pension was returned to James Perrine pension Agent at Mobile, by his direction and a new -- declaration was made and forwarded by her to your office some time in the month of June last. Since then nothing has been heard from it,,

      You will please notify her by letter at this office, if her declaration was recd and in due form, if not send a copy of forms requisite.

      She is yet the widow of Isaac Cooper Decd, who was a member of Capt Fultons Co Georgia Mtd Vols in Mexico, and wishes her certificate of Pension sent to her address at this office,, address Mrs Jane Cooper Annawaika DeKalb Co Ala,
