[Brief Summary]:

Oliver Huckabaa for $50 sells and does remise release and forever quit claim to G W Green to [ . . . ] Land Lot 208 in the 27th District, 2nd Section, [of Murray County, Georgia], containing 160 acres more or less (with all rights and appurtenances,  except half of all the mineral and mineral interest with all privilege of working or removing the same at any time...

Oliver Huckabaa owned property in, and resided in, the 27th District, 2nd Section, of Murray County, Georgia, and later moved to Covington County, Alabama. His residence in Murray County, Georgia, is documented in the 1880 U.S. Census for that county. His residence in 1897, as Covington County, Alabama, is documented in an 1897 quit-claim deed for property in Murray County, Georgia. The deed was filed by him in Covington County, Alabama, the place of his current residence, in 1897, and later recorded in Murray County, Georgia (the residence of his daughters, Ansela Headrick and Ersula Dunn) in 1901. These relationships of father to daughters are stated in the deed as well.

Oliver Huckabaa is listed in census in Covington County, Alabama, in 1900. The two daughters and their husbands are listed in Murray County, Georgia, that same year.

Oliver Huckabaa of said county and state (Covington County, Alabama) of the one part
and my daughters Ersula Dunn and Ansela Hedrick of the State of Georgia and County of Murray of the other part--witnesseth that the said Oliver Huckabaa for and in consideration of the natuarl love and affection which he has and bears for his said Daughters Eusula Dunn and Ansela Headrick their heirs and assigns

all rights/interest/claim (on) LL 168 in the 27th District, 2nd Section of original Cherokee now Murray, containing 160 acres more or less.
