Transcription note: The clerk’s handwriting is highly compressed and hard to read. Also, he  rarely crossed a “t,” but I transcribed each obvious “t” as a “t,” not an “l.”

Transcription note: My original transcript was made from a copy of the handwritten document in original superior court deed records of Murray County, Georgia. Having lost my digital copy, I’ve retyped this from my old typescript. I tried to keep the spelling and punctuation intact through all transcripts. There are instances when the writing was highly compressed and nearly illegible. The surname of “Vonfarzo” could be “Vonbarzo / Vonbarge / Vonburzo / Vonburgo” etcetera; it is difficult to read. I'm not sure why the deed is headed "Whitfield County" when the parties are in Murray and Upson Counties, but it might have been originally filed in Whitfield by the administrator of the John S. Beall estate, John L. Beall, who was in Whitfield County, as recorded in a previous deed of the same land, from the preceding page. Originally transcribed by D.K. Pritchett on 22 July 2008. Re-typed on 18 December 2015.
