H.J. Headrick and H.H. Headrick and Cal Fowler as securitys (bound) unto J.M. Campbell, Ord., for [Murray] County for $1,500.

Condition: 

(My own summary of the bond condition): 
If H.J. Headrick makes inventory of the W.A.L. Headrick estate which the heirs will come into (etc.) and the estate is administered according to law (etc.) and makes a just and true account (etc.), then this bond is void; otherwise to remain in effect.

I   Jane Cooper do solemnly swear in the presence of the Almighty God, that I will henceforth faithfully support, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Union of the States thereunder: that I will in like manner abide by and faithfully support all laws and proclamations which have been made during the existing rebellion, with reference to the emancipation of slaves: So help me God.

INSTRUCTIONS.

    The declaration must be made before a judge, Clerk or Deputy Clerk of a Court of record.
    If the declarant, or any witness, signs by mark, the officer must certify that the contents of the paper were made known to the affiant before signing. In every case the declaration or affidavit must either be signed by the affiant's own hand or else by mark (X). Signing by another hand when the party is able to write, or without a mark when unable to write, is not admissible.
    If the applicant be an invalid pensioner, he must be examined by an Army Surgeon or by an Examining Surgeon appointed by the Commissioner of Pensions, as to the continuance of his disability, unless the disability is of a character to continue permanent, such as a loss of a limb: which should be stated in his declaration. If a widow, she must prove by two credible and disinterested witnesses, her continued widowhood. If the guardian of a minor child, newly appointed, he must file evidence of his appointment as such.

The Two Persons whose names are undersigned Residents of the county of Dade and state of Georgia who being Duly sworn according to Law declared that M~s Jane Cooper is the Identical Person she Represents hir self to be from the fact that they knew hir in hir husbands Life time who was Isaac Cooper that hir and hir husband Isaac Cooper Lived to gether as husband & wife and to be so Reputed and that hir husband [went?] with Captain William D Fullton & his Company to the war with Mexico & that it was Reported he [taken sick?] & died in the year 1847 that they have known hir ever since the year -1847- and that she has not maried since and yet Remains the widow of the Late Isaac Cooper and that they kew she Drew a pension at Mobile in the agency of Alabama from the 24th day of December 1852 to the Twenty fourth day of December 1857 at the Rates of half pay Three Dollars and fifty Cents p~ month. They swor that they are disinterested witnesses and that hir signature is genuine written in their Present,

Document is highly illegible and difficult to decipher due to ink bleed-through and smudges. I deciphered some words by context, which fits the typical legal-clerical language. The marriage date is very "iffy," especially the month, which looks like "J~~~y." Blevins' surname is illegible on the signature. His seal is a circular squiggle. George White's seal looks like a "JP" with the "P" being a big circle.
