Notes: The injury occurred  at the home of Mr. Fain, after a lodge meeting at Tunnel Hill. Orr's buggy broke down. Mr. Fain offered to loan a horse and buggy. Orr stopped at Fain's and was harnessing the horse when the horse kicked him. Fain called in Dr. Green, who pronounced the injury a fatal one. Orr's family was called in. On Sunday they moved him to his own home, where he 'died at twelve o'clock Monday night.'
