In the matter of the Administration of the Estate of Laura C Baker } Before C.G. Cam, C.S.C., M A Baker, being sworn, doth say: That Laura C Baker late of said County, is dead, without leaving any Will and Testament, and that he - M. A. Baker as her husband is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said Laura C Baker.

Further, That the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $1200 and that he the said M A Baker as her surviving husband is entitled as heirs and distributees thereof.

Baker, and a true and perfect inventory thereof return as provided by law; and that all other duties appertaining to the charge reposed in me, I will faithfully and honestly perform with the best of my skill and ability: So help me God.
