Elisha Bryant: one Confederate, One Union (probably two different individuals, unless a conscript who deserted)

Links to two records for (apparently) two different persons named Elisha Bryant (one Confederate, one Union). These records probably relate to two different individuals, unless it is the case of a conscript who deserted and joined the other side, which did happen with many East Tennessee and North Georgia Rebels.
