Summary: On 21 February 1853 Samuel M. Street for $40 quits claim and releases to Jacob Hedrick land lot 57 (160 acres) in the Tenth District, Third Section of Murray County, Georgia.

This Indenture made this twenty first day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three between Samuel M. Street of the County of Murray and state aforesaid of the one part and Jacob Hedrick of the same County and state of the other part  Witnesseth that the said Samuel M. Street for and in consideration of the sum of forty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents have this day remanded released and for ever quit claim to lot of land Number (57) in the tenth district (10) and third (3rd) Section of originally Cherokee now Murray County containing one hundred and sixty (160) acres more or less with all the rights members and appurtenances, to said lot of land in any wise appertaining or belonging to the said Jacob Hedrick his heirs and assigns, to have and to hold the said lot of land so that neither I the said Samuel M Street nor my heirs nor any other person claiming under me or them shall at any time here after by any way or means have claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or its appertenances, or any part thereof. In testimony whereof the said Samuel M. Street hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written.
